AGAPE SERVICE GOSPEL READERS NEEDED
Calling all parishioners (high school students and older) who are fluent (or can read well) in another language! During the Agape Vespers Service on Easter Sunday morning, we read the Gospel in several different languages to show that all nations proclaim that Christ is Risen. English and Greek are read by the clergy. In previous years we have had readers in languages such as Ukrainian, Serbian, Romanian, Armenian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Gaelic, Russian, Dutch, Swahili, Latin, Arabic, Italian, German, Georgian, and Albanian.
We welcome those who would like to read in these languages again, and would also welcome readers in new languages!
To volunteer, please email Mark Yankopoulos at mark.yankopoulos@yahoo.com before
April 5, 2026.
