Junior GOYA

Junior GOYA involves young people in grades 6 through 8. Activities of this group also take place outside the church complex and include hay rides, skating trips and similar socials. Junior GOYA usually meets on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 6:00pm-8:00pm during the school year. 

St. Vasilios Festival participation is required, and young adults (high school graduates and older) are invited and encouraged to assist in providing program supervision and positive role models.

Junior GOYA held it's first fundraiser of the year, a car wash, Sat., Sept 20. $150 was raised and will be used for future Junior Goya events. Thanks to all those whose participated !

Upcoming Events

KAYAKING TRIP
SUNDAY September 28
Junior Goya will leave from church at 12:15(right after Sunday School). We will be going to Lynch Park in Beverly for a guided kayaking trip. There is no experience needed and all the guides are certified Y.M.C.A. or American Red Cross Lifeguards with CPR and First Aid Certification.All required boats, paddles, and safety equipment provided. There is no cost but all particiants must have a parent or legal guardian sign a permission slip or they can not attend.
